Amazing experience for a sports massage. Matt was very knowledgeable and talked me through extra stretches I should be doing for my half marathon and focused on my areas I asked needed the most help. I feel so much better already! Hugely recommend & will be going back.

Jenny was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so welcome and completely at ease, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. The hot stone massage was incredible really soothing and perfectly done. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. I can’t recommend Jenny enough! X

Matt was professional and very knowledgeable. The session was great with everything explained and questions answered in detail. After the session Matt followed up with confirmation of rehab exercises including videos as a reminder of the exercises and reps. Highly recommend

She is a wonderful person inside and out, offers great treatments at sensible prices and knows her profession. Very accommodating and relaxed and comfortable environment. I went in with tired, breakout-prone skin and left feeling absolutely glowing! My skin feels calm, smooth, and so hydrated — the best it’s felt in a long time. The facial was amazing, and the massage was pure heaven — so relaxing and exactly what I needed. Goldy is such a lovely lady — so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. 90 minutes of total bliss, and I left feeling completely refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing , had a full body massage was just what I needed , released all my tension and was so relaxed, feel amazing, will definitely be back!

I always struggle to find the right pressure for a massage but Jenny was amazing, knew exactly where my back was tight and knotty and released it with perfect pressure, whilst also making me feel really relaxed- thank you!

It was my first visit to the new studio today, such a nice, spacious, easily accessible place. Loads of parking, easy to find and offered a drink when I arrived. Matt carried out a thorough consultation to ensure he worked on all my problem areas during my sports massage and continued to check throughout the treatment that I was comfortable and the pressure was okay.
