Becky is amazing at listening to where your aches and pains are but also knowing where the tension build up hides and building both these into a thorough massage. She checks in with pressure, your body temp and overall comfort throughout. She can read your bodies clues that areas are sore and/or reactive and adapts to those. I always feel my range of movement improves and my aches and pains reduce after seeing Becky and always wonder why I leave it so long between appointments so will be making it a higher priority to schedule in more regularly. Had a very good week until yesterday. I haven't done a lot, it was after all rather chilly but no desperate cramps. Then yesterday set off for dog walk and it cramped slightly several times in the WRONG place. Then it was pretty much unusable for the rest of the day. Tried massage, ultrasound, ibuprofen and finally a half hour ice pack. Very little effect. Today pretty good again, fingers crossed. Remind me to send you out to sniff the wisteria next week. K

As this was my first ever massage I was unsure of the benefits, and I felt a little anxious, I needn't be. From the start Becky made me feel calm and restful. Till my massage I had learnt to live with the niggles I'd had with my ribs from an old sports injury. Although my booking was for a regular upper body massage, Becky tailored her approach to eradicate the pain I had in my ribs. She also suggested some exercises I could perform myself to help with morning neck tightness. An amazing experience, making me feel better and surprisingly relaxed. Thank you so much.
