The consultation before the massage was relaxed and Rachel listened very well, making it feel like talking therapy as well as we discussed the best massage plan for me. I had a superb tailored massage with Rachel . The room is cosy, smells nice and has a soothing music in the background. The set up is relaxing and indulge more than one sense. Rachel offered a homemade elderflower and rose drink at the beginning of the treatment, which I thought was such a wonderful and thoughtful personal touch. The foot, hand and head massage was exactly what I needed at this time, and it reduced the feeling of swelling and heaviness in my feet and hands, as well the head massage reduced my mental tension. I would highly recommend Rachel’s services 💖

Rachel is so attentive, caring and hospitable. Her approach to self care is holistic which was evident because it went beyond surface level. I felt so calm and relaxed during the massage, not only because she targeted specific paint points in my body, but also because the space she provided beforehand felt non-judgemental, safe and comfortable.
