My first reflexology today with Carole was so wonderful. The setting (music, scents etc) were perfect and Carole was great at setting a relaxing ambience before the treatment started. The Reflexology itself was amazing - I tingled all over and completely relaxed and Carole articulated her feedback so well and also gave me useful tips on what to eat and drink and mindfulness techniques. I will highly recommend Carole

Carole is amazing at what she does! She really cares about your journey and what you want to get out of Relfexology. I feel so much better in myself, I seem to have had a release and feel less stressed also! The Reflexology room is so calming. Making my first visit for my first reflexology session. Was not sure what Reflexology entailed. Carole was very pleasant and professional . She asked about my reasons for booking and what expectations I might have. Thoroughly checked my health and any medications I might be currently taking. This certainly but me at ease. The treatment was extremely relaxing and so now we wait to see what effect I might experience in the coming days. I would absolutely recommend Carole to anyone looking for Reflexology sessions.

Highly effective and helpful, deeply relaxing, powerful too.

This was my first appt and it will not be the last. Carole’s treatment room was light and welcoming and the reflexology treatment was terrific. To be honest, I wasn’t sure that I would enjoy having my feet touched but it was actually very soothing and believe I actually dozed off at one point 😊 time will tell whether the treatment has had a positive effect upon my issue however the experience was definitely relaxing and comforting.

Such a lovely calming environment and I feel so relaxed afterwards, would highly recommend
