Used to have a massage every month but ended up missing them for a while. I’m now 2 sessions back in and it’s made me realise how important it is not just as a reactive measure to issues, but as a preventative one too. When I was getting regular treatments, I wouldn’t get big flare ups, but after a period of time away, it’s clear to see how much stress is put on the body through training and just just how much regular treatments helped. Amazing! Been a customer for over 6 years now and I've never been let down once! Tracy and the rest of the team are just soo friendly and great, love my haircut! I came to see Laura after months of what has been severe, chronic tightness in my right hip and glute that was affecting my mobility and range of movement. Laura is highly skilled, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She took time to ask necessary questions and assess my movement before starting. The treatment I recieved was exactly what I needed. She helped me fix a stubborn issue fast and I felt the difference instantly and I left with a noticeable increase in range of motion. I will definitely be returning for regular maintenance. Looking forward to my next session.

Molly listens carefully to any issues you may have and gradually works on those areas , working out the knots . She gives a very deep and relaxing massage . I would definitely recommend her .
