Had an amazing massage on my back and shoulders. Really firm pressure and great expertise to get into all the knots and tension, exactly what I asked for and hoped for. It’s a lovely cosy room too for a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

Myself and my husband have been going to Chrissie at Kneed Wellness for several months now and are very happy with the therapy we receive. Chrissie asks us each visit what we are after and tailors the massage to our current needs; whether shoulder/ back pain, injury or just to relax. Each appointment is booked in advance with an easy booking system and reminders. However she is flexible if you need to rearrange. Chrissie is very professional and makes you feel at ease with relaxing music and a calming environment. I would highly recommend Chrissie.
