Having a massage has always been just a part of life, but this massage was long overdue. Trying to find the right therapist can be difficult, especially being one myself. But after some big changes in life, I took my own advice and booked a massage with Sarah. Sarah was professional and listened carefully to my areas of concern. The massage itself was excellent with the right amount of pressure to help loosen up tight muscles. It was a welcome release from the aches and pains. Sarah is clearly a talented therapist and deserves to succeed in what she does.

Just had the most amazing 1-hour hot stone massage at White Rose Holistics. ✨ The stones were perfectly warm and melted away the tension in my shoulders. Jess picked out the most beautiful spicy, autumnal essential oils – so calming and cosy. 🍂 I was close to falling asleep it was so relaxing! Highly recommend.
