Great sports massage from Antonia. Extremely friendly, welcoming and lovely studio too. The massage has definitely helped my recovery and picking up on other things I may be doing wrong to avoid further injury. Perfect!

Antonia was excellent! I'm not a regular massage person, I can count on one hand the number of times I've visited a masseuse. She put me at ease immediately, whilst assessing my stance and what needed to be done. She explained what she would do, and I knew I was in professional hands. My shoulder muscles were much looser at the end of my session.

Antonia clearly understood my pain points and targeted those very specific areas with the right balance of pressure as I was nervous at first that the deep tissue massage from previous experience would be painful but bearable! Clearly that wasn’t the case here which put me at ease right from the start.
