I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

We booked a couple relaxing massage and head and neck massage.Both were so good! One of the best massages each of us have ever had. Mona and Leah were so friendly, professional and really gave a great massage. Both identified our ‘nots’ and worked their magic! We would definitely return if we lived in the area and not visiting for a holiday. Highly recomend !

I treated myself to the Radiant Winter Glow, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The massage was deeply relaxing, with the right amount of pressure, easing away tension I didn’t even realize I was holding onto. The facial was amazing, my skin feels so refreshed. Lovely, relaxing experience. Nadia is very attentive. Her facial massage works very well and I felt as though it toned my skin and made it feel rejuvenated. She also ironed out knots in my shoulder muscles. The massage was paid for with a gift voucher and was a very good deal. A much needed experience!

I had a lovely massage from Charlotte, she did a great job of finding where the tension was and has a great massage technique. Felt very comfortable and relaxed and would definitely return.

What a hidden gem in hoole! This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Great balance of working on my knots whilst never being painful and being sooo relaxing. Amazing value for 1.5 hours, I didn’t want it it end.

I was nervous about my first ever wax but Collette was brilliant throughout , very understanding and professional, no embarrassment either. Less pain than I expected and Collette is obviously very experienced and because of her way of handling a delicate situation I felt at ease throughout and to my surprise would consider having it done again. I had a fantastic experience with both the lymphatic massage and the Japanese face lifting massage. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter. The face massage was especially impressive—my skin looked firmer, more radiant, and naturally lifted afterwards. Very professional and skilled service. I’d definitely recommend and will be coming back!
