I was greeted with a smile and escorted to have my hair washed by Sophie, the apprentice. She was happy to chat and gave me an awesome head massage whilst washing my hair. Meesha is always a superb stylist and I would recommend anyone who loves their hair to go to Luca James as they love your hair too!

Gemma is always lovely, she checks the temperature of the water when washing, gives a little head massage during condition. That is always welcome! Gemma chats just the right amount and is constantly checking that I am happy with the cut. She makes sure the cut is perfect before she lets me leave the chair. 100% recommend.

I have been going to Saima for massage for more than a year. When she started doing Indian hair massage, I immediately asked her for it. I can tell that since then my hair has become stronger, shinier and longer, plus I leave so relaxed! If you have the opportunity give it a try, you will not regret it.

Took my mum who has never had a sports massage before (she is in her 90s). Saima was very accommodating as my mum couldn’t lay flat. She helped my mum with a bad neck and pain in her arm. She enjoyed it very much and has some relief to the pain. She is back again in a few weeks and looking forward to it. She found it very relaxing.

Received a Mother’s Day voucher for Saima’s wellness clinic. This was my first visit. I had the sports massage. Amazing! Very thorough. Honestly can say it’s the best sports massage I have had. Would highly recommend it. Saima is very knowledgeable, the checking of the body alignment was very informative. Studio is lovely, nice environment. Already booked my next visit. Thx Saima.

The location is a wonderful building, very central and easily accessible. Saima was delightful from start to finish, welcoming me with a genuine smile and interest and showing me to the massage room all prepared with relaxing music and delightful aromas. I had an Indian head massage which was extremely relaxing thanks to Saima's magical hands. Definetly recommend! Thank you and I will come back again 🙏🏻

This was my first time at Bliss and I had a Bliss package and chose a massage and prescriptive facial. It was a really lovely treatment . I was really stressed and tense and Kathy did a fantastic job of putting me at ease, creating a lovely relaxing environment.
