We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

The sarga massage was fascinating. It was very relaxing despite Helen being able to get deep into fascial tissue. I felt extremely exhausted after the massage: I’m guessing because it was shifting ‘stuck’ fascia. I’ll be back to experience more.

Another wonderful visit for a back massage and can’t wait for my next visit; so relaxing and tension gone from upper back pain. Thank you Tessa ♥️

Really great experience with Gemma. I’ve dabbled in Aryuveda lightly so it was great to hear more about the doshas, the way it affects the body. The massage was brilliant too.. super relaxing, as was the space - very clean and calming.

I highly recommend Tess, I try and see Tess every 6 weeks for facials and massage also my waxing and occasionally I’ll have my nails done. Tess has a lovely energy and the therapy room is very calm and relaxing.

Helen was brilliant. She listened to everything that was going on for me, then adapted the massage accordingly. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and I will definitely be back!

Lola did a great job with my wax. Always have a very good experience at Brighton wellness and beauty

Tessa is a professional and skilled practitioner who ensures the best experience offering a wide range of beauty treatments. Her treatment room is well organised, feels incredibly calm and a joy to spend time in. Today I had a facial and my face feels so relaxed and my skin is glowing. Best pedicures in Brighton!

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

Fantastic head massage, I felt lighter, relaxed and more centred. Gemma has incredible knowledge about Ayurveda which gave me a real insight into my health and well-being. I’ve had a couple of massages with Gemma now and both have been fantastic. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

It was so wonderful this morning to have my wonderful facial with Tessa. I loved every moment of it. Tessa is such a gentle kind caring and accommodating person who I feel very comfortable being with. The facial was nothing but amazing! I felt so relaxed when closing my eyes I could see relaxing pink and green colours a state of meditation ❤️I literally floated out of there this morning! 🙏 Thank you Tessa see you again soon ❤️
