SPORTS AND REMEDIAL Alan provided an excellent Sports and Remedial massage with a focus on my “sore “ knee. After an initial discussion about my knee pain, he explained the cause of very tight quads, hamstrings and IT band. Then he massaged a range of areas explaining as we went along. Alan provided an excellent massage service meeting me exactly on time and explaining his work in a comfortable environment. I left feeling much much better, understanding my body and will return. Thank you Alan.
