The spa was spotless, relaxing, and created the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I especially loved the aromatherapy—it was such a nice touch, and I enjoyed the variety of scents used throughout the experience. Every part of the package felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly relaxing. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming spa with excellent service, I highly recommend this place. I love this Spa. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warmth. I had the Ritual Balance package which is a full facial, including facial massage, full body massage and salt exfoliating scrub. It was exactly what I needed. Special thanks to Andrea for the incredible facial and massage. It was immensely relaxing.

The hot stone massage was so soothing and relaxing! Beautiful spa, the room smelled lovely and there was nice ambient lighting and music. My massage therapist was very attentive and professional. Wish I had time to do another one!

Had a great experience at Akzara Spa! Easy online booking and fast replies on WhatsApp made everything seamless. The Romance Ritual package was excellent value—super relaxing with perfect massage pressure. Eliana and Fernanda were amazing! Loved the exfoliation scrub—left my skin so smooth. Only wish the AC was quieter in the room, but overall, highly recommend!

Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. Paola was my masseuse, and I came out feeling super relaxed and pain-free. Place was clean and comfortable. They used oil and hot stones. Would recommend this spot.

Raymary gave an a fantastic massage. This was much needed after a lot of traveling past couple of weeks. She was very mindful of a shoulder injury I have and navigated it with precision. She went skillfully attack those deep knots in my back. I have found my spot on the first try.

Loved it. Let me start by saying the staff was absolutely lovely. They are so attentive, make you feel welcomed from the moment you step in until the moment you leave. I got a Thai Massage and a facial and money well spent. My first ever massage and my masseuse did her thing. She addressed all the areas I told her I needed help with. I left there fully refreshed and relaxed. The facial was also my first one and my skin has been glowing ever since. When I’m back in Medellin I will definitely come back. This business is very honest and will make sure you get what you are paying for. Amazing.
