I went to Natalie with back pain I’d been living with for over 10 years. From the first appointment, Natalie took the time to really listen and understand what I’d been experiencing. She carried out a thorough assessment that highlighted areas of stiffness I didn’t even realise were contributing to the problem. It was incredibly insightful. For the first time in years, I’m pain-free!! Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. I have been to many similar people/places in the past with my aches and pains( I am a landscape gardener so there are many) but Nat was by far the most knowledgeable and she listened to what I had to say then tailored, a me specific session which I really appreciated. In the past it always felt as if previous therapist’s were just giving me a run off the mill going over that everyone gets. Which I knew wasn’t what I needed. In the future I will go no where else but NatEase and have already recommended Nat to my brother also a landscape gardener and my friends and family.

Oh my! Don’t be fooled by Nathalie’s tiny frame. Very professional and knowledgeable, Nathalie knew where my problem areas were. Pressure was very deep yet comfortable enough to enjoy. Sports massages are not just for athletes, I will be visiting regularly to keep on top of my chronic tension and knots.
