Emma is super knowledgeable on skincare and was happy to talk through products/routines for my skin at home too. Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.

Just had lashes done and couldn’t be more pleased with them. Had lashes done lots of times and at lots of different salons but this definitely the best. Luke has such attention to detail. Amazing! Emma was so thoughtful throughout, ensuring the treatment suited my skin and its needs. She gave me a skincare plan too which was insanely useful. What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease).
