She was so lovely and clearly very talented. I had the Heavenly Trio treatment and indeed it was heavenly and I left feeling so calm and relaxed! I will definitely be booking another treatment. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, soothing, and beautifully welcoming. Ella has such a natural sense of calmness that instantly puts you at peace. The massage and facial itself was incredible — deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed. Not just a treatment, but an entire immersive experience... as a Mum of two, I don't often relax in the daytime, but to just let go for 1.5 hours and be so well looked after by Ella, with tailored treatments, beautiful products, and so many lovely and thoughtful details from start to finish in a calming, cosy space... well it was just a slice of heaven! I want to recommend it to everybody I know, and I can't wait to return! Thank you so much.

Katie is the most relaxing practitioner I have ever been to, it’s a pleasure to come in to see her and she always makes me feel so at ease through out my treatments.
