First visit to Michael , I am one of the many wanting to embrace my natural colour now after years of highlighting my hair - I had grown the highlights out for 6 months. Michael toned my hair to blend the old highlights in and then did a great choppy cut. Haircut fabulous, colour is great - just different/darker to how I normally have it - blends well though. Let’s see if I can get used to it! Excellent friendly professional service and advice.

A year ago, after researching who could best support me, I approached Michael to help me grow out my colour and let my natural grey come through. I wanted the process to be as pain‑free as possible. Twelve months on, my hair looks fantastic. Regular cuts have made the transition easy to manage. Michael’s skill and calm, assured approach make you feel completely safe in his hands. I’ve just had hair extensions fitted with Michael, as well as a balayage refresh. The hair extensions are amazing quality, and I’ve had so many compliments already! I was worried they might be uncomfortable, but the fitting is great, and I barely know they’re there! Worth the investment if you are looking for lovely long hair!

Micheal is by far the best hair dresser in the south. I travel a long way and it’s worth it every single time, hair is exceptionally outstanding even when you think something can’t be fixed it can!! Always makes you feel welcome and truly cares about the outcome, will be seeing you again soon! X

Yet another wonderful experience visiting the Maria Amey salon in Broadstone. My hair was washed, cut and blow-dried by Maria. She is professional, fun and chatty, but she also listens to the needs of the customer. I will definitely be visiting this salon again. Thank you 😁.
