Miss Queenie was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and always checked if I was feeling any pain. She clearly explained the aftercare instructions for my ombré brows and answered all of my questions, especially since it was my first time getting my brows done. She was friendly, smiling, and engaging from start to finish, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for my retouch. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best beauty service I’ve had in years. Erlyne was phenomenal today. I had a correction and cover up done on a botched up microbladed brows done years back in Canada and I am absolutely amazed by how knowleadgable she was with her stuff. She was very thorough with the information i needed, set the right expectations and was very considerate all throughout the process. Even with the after care instructions. If i could rate 10stars instead of just 5, I would. Unlike other aesthetic clinics, they don't push services just to make a sale, they listen to your needs. Very impressive!

As a first-timer i didn't feel the pain that much or feel insecure about the come up💁‍♀️. And i do like my new eyebrows👀. Jhinky is good, very accomodating and has potential to flourish her skills and talent. The key factor about her that she is very honest and aware her limitations and capabilities toward the service. 💫 More so, i would be happy to go back again.
