First time visiting Ember Bathhouse and it was really lovely. As soon as you walk in, you start to feel relaxed. The serenity, smell and quiet, makes you automatically slow down. I used the sauna and magnesium bath, as I'm not a fan of ice baths. Even at the end when you get to chill out with a tea and chocolate, that is a lovely touch to the whole experience. I will be back. Thank you

The facilities were pleasant enough but there were a few things that reduce my rating. The lighting was far too dim in critical places like the lockers and product shelves to the right of the front desk. The mineral pool is up a set of steps and my elderly companion with bad knees could only just manage getting into and out of the pool so this type of guest is probably not qell catered for. There was only a tiny clock near the pools to know the time.
