I had a wonderful experience at Nova. Kayleigh is professional, bubbly and all round accommodating. I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and she talked me through each step as well as aftercare. She is gentle and friendly. I will be back soon! I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

I really enjoyed my facial with Avryl. She was warm, friendly and my skin felt lovely afterwards. My only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that I would have appreciated a little more explanation of the treatments being performed. The description mentions dermaplaning, but I don't believe this was done, and when I asked for clarification afterwards I unfortunately didn't receive an answer. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily return.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and Amaraah specifically. I’ve done my hair at some of the most expensive salons in CPT that charge 5k+ for highlights, and I’ve never been as satisfied as with Amaraah. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart, and as a fine hair girly that highlights her hair that goes a long way. My highlights are always even toned because she pulls them out and rinses them at different times, and my hair health is in immaculate condition. 10/10 recommend
