Absolutely love this salon and Julie. The service was amazing, and my hair has never looked better. My colour is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Julie is absolutely incredible. I took my 13 year old daughter to her salon yesterday who is very particular and from the moment we walked in we were blown away. The space itself feels like a high end, citystyle salon. beautifully presented, welcoming, smelled amazing and genuinely relaxing. Julie took the time to really listen and understand exactly what my daughter wanted, which made such a difference. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm approach instantly put my daughter at ease. The end result was FLAWLESS! honestly better than we could have hoped for.

As usual I cannot fault the colour, cut and style. I love coming to the salon. Once stepping inside you forget it is a in home salon. The atmosphere and ambiance is amazing, friendly and relaxing. I also really enjoy the cafe quality coffee.

Today, I visited Alyse at Koa Beauty for brow lamination, brow tint, eyelash extensions, and a lip and chin wax. At each stage of the process, Alyse explained what she was doing and why. Over the years, I have visited many beauty salons for my brows, lashes, and waxing, and I can confidently say that I would rate Koa Beauty as number one. I would give it a perfect 10/10. Absolutely the queen of blondes! Nothing compares.That old cliché “you get what you pay for” couldn’t be more true. Except with Julie, you actually get way more. She goes above and beyond every single time. I put my full trust in her and she never misses. Not the cheapest or the quickest this side of the Entrance, but hands down the most perfect. Julie listens to my needs and wants, and her attention to detail is unmatched.
