It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and i absolutely love the experience. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable . Since it was my first time, they explained the aftercare instructions, which i really appreciated. The place is also very relaxing. The best lash lift and brow experience I’ve ever had! With my lashes: I’ve never had so much lift - Crystal knew where on my lashes was resistant and where to focus on pushing them a bit more. With my brows: I’m usually very particular with the shape of my brows and have found all the times I’ve had down in the past with other technicians, they ignore my natural shape and take way too much brow off but Crystal absolutely nailed it - perfected the shape, thickness and colour. 100/10 would recommend.

It was my first time getting my brows treated, so I was quite trepidatious to say the least. Grace took the time to explain the different options that were available and I felt quite reassured that I would be well looked after. It was much appreciated. For the time and care she took for my brow/lash colour, I believe the treatment was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.
