The staff were all very friendly and apologetic, which I really appreciated. The lady who cut my hair was lovely, and I was really happy with the haircut itself. My only feedback is regarding the overall service experience. After my hair was washed, I waited around 40 minutes before the haircut continued. I also left with the back of my hair still damp, even though the pamper package included a style blow-dry. My hair was only dried briefly with a blow dryer and hands, so at the time I assumed that was all the package included.

My first experience with Deana today and was impressed with her level of knowledge, she plain my hair type in a way that helped me understand how to work with and style my hair. In all my experiences, I have not had anyone make that much sense when it comes to hair! Usually a hair cut is a tick box… today I walked out feeling great! My new salon for sure
