My second time here 💜 I came in for a hair wash and haircut, and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the ambience was relaxing, and even the playlist made the whole experience so enjoyable. First time pergi salon ni. Booked for scalp treatment and haircut with Meera. Overall satisfied ✨ Meera explain semua pasal scalp care and recommend products yang sesuai and berkesan untuk scalp issue. Semua stylist pun friendly and welcoming. Next time memang boleh datang lagi and try book with other stylists too 🤍

I had a wonderful experience at Genius Palms Spa. The environment was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Lily for her excellent massage. She was professional, attentive, and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I felt all my muscle tension melt away, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I absolutely loved the head spa and facial totok at Velvet Beauty Spa. It was so relaxing, and the therapist was gentle and attentive. I felt refreshed and comfortable throughout the session. I’ll definitely come back again! One of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had!

sangat bagus!!! tempat bersih, wangi, very very selesa!!! first time coming here! And definitely worth it!! And wont be my last!!! package diorang very affordable too!! Chose PIYA randomly je, tapi she’s very good!! good manners, very strong hands, so sedap bila dia urut! The facial pon best, habis muka saya di-extract, sakit tapi puas hahah! Overall 10/10 experience!!! will come again!!!

As usual, great experience overall, even if PKNS time nih runs out of parking spaces due to the Ramadhan bazaar. Kena park kat luar, by the roadside or at @the park (signages are plenty). Scalp treatment was good, as with the wash and blow. My daughter's and I, favourite hair salon.

Nia is super nice! Got a haircut and scalp & hair treatment and she gave great advices on how to take care of my scalp and hair. She also entertained my kid during my kid’s haircut session. She’s a gem! Definitely will engage Nia again for my next visit to Sooi!

It was, as per usual, good. Though I did request for a particular stylist since we’re used to her, the one my daughter had was nice and friendly and gave her a good head scrub and wash. I thought the cut could have been better but it wasn’t horrid and turned out ok. She did her bangs really well but the layering seemed a lil haphazard ( unless that was the whole point). Still, experience overall was good and will definitely come again!

Absolutely love my keratin treatment here! My hair feels so smooth, soft, and shiny without looking flat or lifeless. Frizz is gone and styling is way easier now 😭✨ Fadhli the stylist was super professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon is clean, cozy, and honestly such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of doing keratin, 10/10 will come back again 💖

Amazing hair experience I had with Hairkunst’s Director Zahid. Since it was my first time, I was not sure on what to expect but everything went super smooth. Love the hair color I had and definitely a new experience with the keratin treatment. Love the ambience of the salon. Price wise - worth every penny! Will definitely come again next time xx.
