I was looking for a place nearby for a much needed haircut and discovered FIG. Being a first-time visit, i wasn't sure what to expect, and was frankly a bit apprehensive. I shouldn't have worried. Tobee made me feel comfortable straightaway, and is one of nicest hairstylists i've met, who's damn good at her job. I’ve never really enjoyed going to the hairdresser, but Ten makes it such a lovely and comfortable experience. She’s so kind and patient when helping me figure out what I want, and she always speaks with complete honesty and transparency. Ten has her clients’ best interests at heart. She’s incredibly easy to talk to, and conversation just flows naturally. She takes the time to explain what I’m asking for and helps me realise what it is i actually want done.
