I took the coffee scrub and massage. Overall the experience was relaxing and I felt refreshed afterwards. The place is a little noisy, with noisy from the traffic, neighbors and the ladies out front chatting which made it a little difficult to totally relax

I love this Spa. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warmth. I had the Ritual Balance package which is a full facial, including facial massage, full body massage and salt exfoliating scrub. It was exactly what I needed. Special thanks to Andrea for the incredible facial and massage. It was immensely relaxing.

The hot stone massage was so soothing and relaxing! Beautiful spa, the room smelled lovely and there was nice ambient lighting and music. My massage therapist was very attentive and professional. Wish I had time to do another one!

Had a great experience at Akzara Spa! Easy online booking and fast replies on WhatsApp made everything seamless. The Romance Ritual package was excellent value—super relaxing with perfect massage pressure. Eliana and Fernanda were amazing! Loved the exfoliation scrub—left my skin so smooth. Only wish the AC was quieter in the room, but overall, highly recommend!

Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. Paola was my masseuse, and I came out feeling super relaxed and pain-free. Place was clean and comfortable. They used oil and hot stones. Would recommend this spot.

We had such a great experience. We did a couple's massage, and they both listened to our sensitivities and requests and made the experience perfect! After, my partner had a facial while I had a manicure, which were also great. Reasonable prices, welcoming spa, and very professional. I highly recommend if visiting Cartagena.

Great experience here. The place is small but nice. The noise from outside can sometimes be heard over the relaxing spa music but I would still recommend this place to others. We made our reservation a few hours before and everything was great. They also offered tea or water at the end, which waa nice.

Loved it. Let me start by saying the staff was absolutely lovely. They are so attentive, make you feel welcomed from the moment you step in until the moment you leave. I got a Thai Massage and a facial and money well spent. My first ever massage and my masseuse did her thing. She addressed all the areas I told her I needed help with. I left there fully refreshed and relaxed. The facial was also my first one and my skin has been glowing ever since. When I’m back in Medellin I will definitely come back. This business is very honest and will make sure you get what you are paying for. Amazing.

The service was great! They were able to accommodate me and my friend last minute for massages AND a manicure/pedicure. It is a very clean building. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and you cannot beat the price for a 60 minute massage. Location is also next to a couple of nice restaurants and stores for some shopping as well so convenient location.
