I just had my second session for lymph reflexology, it was very relaxed atmosphere, sensory experience. It is really helping my my lipoedema, helping reduce the inflammation, swelling and discomfort in my legs. I am really noticing the benefits. I thought Alexandra was very professional, welcoming and friendly. The environment was relaxing, a sensory experience and warm. The treatment i did was Lymph Drainage Reflexology and even after the first session my legs felt lighter and comfortable. I am looking forward to seeing the upcoming results.

Secondly, you are in for the best reflexology treatment of your life. With a background in science, and a mother of four, she knows exactly what you need to completely relax. I had reflexology and reflexology facial, to say it was total bliss would be an understatement, I am one of those people who don’t like their feet being touched, but this was on another level relaxation, so much so that I even fell asleep, !!!! I have really noticed a massive difference with my inflammation swelling and pain since I started my treatment with Alexandra. It's a very relaxing environment and setting. Oksana is absolutely amazing at what she does, would 100% recommend. I had a back massage and facial reflexology and it was 10/10…….

Such a great experience. I never had reflexology done before and didn’t know what to expect and it certainly won’t be my last appointment. Oksana is so professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice. Just gutted I didn’t realise how great it was sooner!
