I have been searching for a salon where I could leave without having a single thing to complain about, and today I finally found it. The hair wash was so gentle and relaxing, and I was genuinely impressed that you used both a detangling leave-in conditioner and a heat protectant. What also stood out to me was that I was asked about my preferences throughout the entire appointment instead of anyone making assumptions. Nezia asked which products I normally prefer to use, whether I wanted gel before it was applied, and checked with me every step of the way.

My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.
