Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

I have my first-ever reflexology appointment today with Jeanette, and it was incredible! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The session itself was relaxing and surprisingly therapeutic. I left feeling lighter, calmer and totally refreshed. If you’re curious about reflexology or looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Jeanette. I’ll definitely be going back!

I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.
