As a 32-year-old trying a radio frequency facial for the first time today, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was amazing! Today I had the pleasure of receiving a holistic 'mind, body & soul/sole treatment, and I can genuinely say it was one of the most transformative and grounding experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, heard, and completely at ease. The space was serene and extremely relaxing! I genuinely left my body and went somewhere else for the whole duration 😂 It was just what a very tired new Mum needed for some well deserved me time. I am very happy I came across Shennen and I will definitely be back to work my way through her treatment menu!

I’ve been for a few trigger point massages now, and they never disappoint. The knots and tension I didn’t even know I had just melt away every time. The pressure is firm but never too much, and I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely refreshed. It’s one of the few things that truly helps with my stubborn tightness. I can’t recommend it enough—this is hands down the best way to reset after a tough week!

I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

Chloe is an amazing masseuse, I had lots of tension and knots in my back and I left feel really relaxed. The atmosphere is very calming with soothing music and low lighting. I've booked a block of Swedish massages with her as a result. Very friendly and I would highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service and great massage. I really enjoyed the facial too. The only negative is that the room is not very sound proof so it’s hard to switch off when you can hear others peoples conversations in the salon. I would definitely go back though as the beauty treatments are great value for money.

First time coming here and it was amazing. Had the spa pedicure and it was very relaxing and my feet came out feeling brand new. Will definitely be going back!

Always feel as though you have had a good ‘going over’ and all ‘knots’ sorted following a back and neck massage. Kerry is very experienced and good, but, is unfortunately moving on to another beauty salon. A loss to the salon.
