Had an amazing back, shoulder, and neck massage followed by a facial at The Garden Sanctuary today. Helen was fantastic, and the whole experience was so relaxing. My skin feels refreshed, and my tension is gone, will definitely be back!

I see Cathy a lot, so would be leaving reviews every 7-10 days if I did every time I saw her! Today though here’s a special mention as I came to her in agony, unable to bend and she has works miracles as usual!!! I was able to put my own shoes on at the end of the session! Finding Cathy has absolutely saved me, as my wrecked body has worked either in catering or as a nurse for the past 27 years and she has managed to put me back into order so I now have pain free days, when I didn’t before.

Had my first microneedling session at the Garden Sanctuary and it went so well! Can't believe I’m finally at a stage where my skin barrier can handle this — my face used to be extremely reactive before I started seeing Helen. Helen was so lovely throughout the appointment, explained everything clearly, and gave me a really helpful care plan for the next few days so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards. The session itself was great, with almost no pain, and the redness afterwards was much better than I expected. I’d definitely recommend it and will be booking again! 🌟

I absolutely adore Cathy and she has worked wonders on my frozen shoulder and lower back pain over the past few months. I couldn't recommend her anymore highly and I love that she is always looking to increase the services offered at BFLF and her skill-set. Appointments are available 7 days a week and at a range of times. As someone that works shifts/ away from home, I always find an appointment to suit my diary.

Just had my last session with Katie. I’m so pleased with the results. I may need the odd top up, but after 8 sessions I’m hair free. Katie is such a lovely lady. I’ve made a lovely friend in her. Going away on a big holiday so went to Helen for a pedicure, back and neck massage and a facial. Always such a treat in a hectic world to have that 'me' time, very professional yet friendly, beautiful products and Helen has a wealth of beauty knowledge and advice to share. Her salon is comfortable and intimate and she does everything to make sure you have a great experience. Do give Garden Sanctuary a try, you won't regret it.

My treatments with Helen never disappoint. I had my usual pedicure, facial and back massage. Although Helen does a full body massage, I tend to have the 15-minute back massage which is very therapeutic and she eases away any knots in my shoulders. Her treatment room is so welcoming and comfortable and I look forward to my visits every six weeks as a break from all the commitments I have and the chance to relax, chat and be pampered. I cannot recommend her treatments and beauty advice highly enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
