I’ve had massages at a lot of different places, and what stands out about Selina is how much she accomplishes in a single session. Her one-hour massages feel incredibly thorough because she makes the most of every minute. I never leave feeling like the appointment was cut short. She’s skilled, professional, excellent at deep tissue work, and always finds the areas that need attention. I consistently leave feeling better than when I arrived. So happy I found this spot! The location is convenient to get to, plenty of parking, it's very clean, and Mai gives the absolute best massage. She knows exactly which muscles to target and was able to use just the right amount of pressure. Her customer service was also amazing as she was so friendly and sweet to interact with. She even gave me some delicious tea and cookies after. I absolutely love it here! Found my new favourite spot :)

Mai is very friendly and knowledgeable. Her pressure during the massage was fantastic and I left feeling so much better. Best massage I have ever had in my life. Everywhere I go, I have always said, “I wish they could go deeper or stronger”. It was AMAZING! I like very deep pressure and this is the first and only place I have found. I have tried several dozen massage places in the GTA! I will only go here from now on if I am not doing RMT instead! I suggest anyone looking for a deep massage to come here and spend your money instead. Mai is amazing!
