Wonderful, relaxing massage and treatments. I had a hot stone massage today, a facial and a brow wax and tint. I haven’t been so relaxed for a very long time. The massage was fantastic, and my skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated after my facial I am also very happy with my brow shape and wax. Imogen took time and care with all the treatments I had today and was kind and attentive.

I have been to Imogen around 6 times now. I originally went for a Full Body Massage as my shoulders and back was really tensed up and had knots. The first massage was quiet Intense as there was alot of work for her to do. But she recommended for me to come for regular 30min just back massage to keep ontop of it. So I have. But also in the meantime I hurt my back in 4 places from lifting incorrectly so then she had to work on that. My back has improved so much and feels so much better now. Imogen is a very knowledgeable Therapist. Amazing at massage and such a lovely person and welcoming.

Trying out the Korean lash lift for the first time and Imogen couldn’t have been better, she talked me through the entire thing, explaining every step and checking in with me throughout. I also got the brow shape and maintenance and I am in love with both results.

Imogen is the best, her skill and talent is extraordinary! I don’t think she gets enough recognition for what she does. Eyebrows laminated and eyelashes Korean lifted, wow, just, wow! Honestly had no words and still have none, completely changed the shape of my face, placing this gorgeous arch (which I expressed concerns) and she DELIVERED!!!!!! Thanks a bunch diva 🫶🏽

Honestly a surreal experience! Felt the tension leaving that bit from the brick wall of my shoulders, aha. Jaw was loose for the first time in years, shoulders were softer too. Hot stones are a MUST. Lots of sessions to go, very happy that Imogen can help me through this journey. Very excited to try other treatments too :) And I love pink!!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience with Imogen. She really makes you feel like you’re at home. I normally opted for the massages and facials and they are always a 1000/10 but today I had the eyebrow wax and tint and wowwww It’ll save me time drawing in me brows (when I have make up on) they look so precise! It was my favourite massage I’ve had from Imogen ! I slept through pretty much the whole thing but woke up feeling relaxed, rested and ready for the day ! I honestly couldn’t recommend Imogen more, she’s so professional and made sure I was hydrated once I woke up ! Will definitely be going again, hopefully very soon !!

Me and my daughter came yesterday for a spa package and it was amazing. We had a foot scrub, back and head massage and mini facial… Jade and Emily were superb really professional and just fantastic at their jobs! The room too was lovely and cosy it was just perfect!
