Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

From the moment she opened the front door, Jo was completely focused on putting my son at ease and making the experience about him in a way that he was comfortable with. He absolutely loves his massages with Jo and she is very encouraging with his development of his body awareness. The best bit.....? He was quiet and still for the entire time on the table. No mean feat for a boy who is on overdrive from dawn til dusk. It made me feel relaxed just watching. The environment is clean and totally covid safe but definitely not clinical.
