Jake is absolutely incredible! I have hEDS and have struggled so much with muscle tension, pain and discomfort, and his deep tissue massages have genuinely helped me so much. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and always takes the time to understand where I’m struggling and what my body needs. I always leave feeling so much better and can really notice the difference after my sessions. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jake enough, especially to anyone dealing with chronic pain or muscle tension. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help me!

My massage session with Jake was very beneficial, after telling him my symptoms he worked on the area and found exactly what was causing my pain. I only had a 15 minute initial assessment but will definitely be going back for more treatment. He recommended that I see an osteopath to release my trapped/slipped vertebrae before I go back to him, such a good person.

Another fairly brutal but equally productive session with Jake who appears to instinctively know where my vulnerable muscles are and then massages them back into condition. Well worth the short initial pain knowing that I will enjoy the longer term benefits.
