Exquisite massage.....I suffer from chronic hip pain and intermittent lower back pain. My session alleviated the pain significantly leaving me fully rested and far less stiff and tense. It's a first for me to have a professional massage therapist check in on me prior to treatment, actively listen, ask questions and then tailor my treatment accordingly. All of my sessions so far have varied and hit the spot. The right kind of massage as opposed to just "a massage" can be a game changer in terms of optimising self care, that's what I learnt.

I had my first lymphatic drainage treatment with Ania today and it was such a wonderful experience. The treatment was incredibly relaxing — I almost fell asleep — and Ania made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She is highly professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. I’ve also had several deep tissue massages with her in the past, which have helped me so much, and today’s treatment was just as impressive.
