Holistic heavens.. fast becoming one of my favourite treatments. Massage, head massage and ear candling. Twice now and will definitely have again. Fantastic combo and leaves me feeling clearer headed too. Odd but I get excited to see how much wax comes out too 😂.

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. I love the whole experience and ambiance of the Natural Body Cafe from walking through the door until I leave, and usually have a Bamboo massage with Kimberley, this time I needed my nails done for a special occasion and Rhiannon did not disappoint. The whole experience was explained before we went ahead,with Aprex nails, she made me feel relaxed and calm throughout my time there, there are plenty of colours to choose from and some nail art if you fancy it, I will definitely return, they looked amazing. Fantastic, soothing facial combined with relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage.

I can highly recommend Sarah’s Beauty Therapy as I have been visiting Sarah for 16 years.I have had microdermabrasion and collagen lift facials, massages,manicures and Reiki treatments all wonderful treatments with great results. Sarah has an incredible positive and professional manner and I always leave feeling truly pampered.

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!
