My experience with Roots is always good and I have been their customer for many years. Today I was looked after by Charlotte-professional,lovely and a great hairdresser I would have no hesitation in recommending this hair salon Ruth.T----Windsor

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

Lovely calm environment to have my hair done. So different to any other salon. I absolutely love the way my colour and curls look too!

Paula cut my hair - if you have curly or wavy hair, she is your woman! In all the years I have been having my hair cut, no-one has managed to effortlessly create the curl and bounce that Paula does. The shape and curl also lasts for weeks after seeing her. Not only is she a brilliant stylist but her smile and welcome makes you feel so at ease and happy in the salon. The coffee is good too!
