I visited the Snowbear Salon at Hornsby today. My hair was cut / restyled by Alana and I couldn't be more happier with the outcome. This was the second or third time she has cut my hair with great results. Alana took the time to listen to what I wanted and was very accommodating. It was great. Paul did a good job with the perm. Service was as usual very pleasant and friendly. Clean and spacious as well. Been visiting every few months for perms and haircuts for the past year.

Alana as always, was fantastic. Always encouraging and helpful in giving advice for my hairstyle. She always gives 1000% where her work is concerned. Her people skills are outstanding. My whole family goes to her for our haircuts and perms. She's always very busy, so you need to book ahead to have her style your hair. Thank you Alana.
