1st time with Perm Perm Hair (completed 3 perms at another businesse). It was a punctual start to appointment time and a peaceful working environment. Staff members were very professional and maintained open communication to ensure I was comfortable to proceed with each step of the process. Beverages such as water/coffee/tea were also offered which made it a satisfying experience. Overall very satisfied with my haircut and perm and will definitely be a returning customer!

My 2nd appointment at Perm Perm Hair. I was looked after by Jinny who was gentle and caring throughout the entire process. I showed her a picture and she really paid close attention to the details to make sure the result matched what I wanted. Thank you for taking good care of my hair Amy. Consultation was so helpful to find a suitable hair style that I can recreate at home. I tried her hair cut and returned for getting a perm. Salon is clean and She change the towel each method and applying genelous volume of chemical or treatment on my hair to ensure the effects. It was approx 4h session that include a complementary head massage at the 3rd times washing as well as blow dry styling with a kind advice. I'm so happy to meet Amy at Delta Hair Studio at Rhodes Central. You made my day!

I got perms done and I enjoyed the process. The staff is very friendly, they even offered me chocolates n coffee. It’s a nice place to get long hair procedures done as lots to eat around. Always wanted curls, got them finally and definitely enjoying.

Luna did an amazing job with my down perm and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly bubbly, sweet, and made the whole experience enjoyable.
