Very pleasant. The store is newly opened and has been anxiously awaited since e it's announced coming son announcement. The operator., Ms. Jamie ----(I did not recall her last name), was very experienced and easy to talk to. I am so pleased we have a salon in our Senior Living area. Not having to leave and drive outside our quarters is a big plus. I have already scheduled a return visit for more service.
