Claire was AMAZING! I haven't had good experiences with Bang Trims. But she was super patient with me and gave great advice on how to style, and take care if them. She assured me along the way, and they came out so good. I am beyond amazed and IN LOVE with my bangs. :) <3

Claire was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to what my 12-year-old daughter wanted while also offering thoughtful recommendations. Since my daughter had only ever had simple trims before, Claire made her feel completely comfortable by explaining each step of the haircut and checking in throughout the appointment to make sure she was happy with everything. It made such a positive first experience with a new hairstyle. Thank you, Claire, for your kindness and care—we'll definitely be back!
