Jodie has put me at ease and is very professional in her clinic, makes you feel very welcome, and her advice on my skin routine has been amazing, and the products that where recommend have made a massive difference on my skin, as they where recommend instead of other aesthetics that could of been sold to me, costing me more money, I'm thrilled with my results and have been today as a model for charlotte at a reduced price and was made to feel so comfortable with charlotte as jodie is going on mat leave and I've no issues now using charlotte while jodie has her well deserved time off.

I had my first microneedling treatment at flawless and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Hannah made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, she explained everything clearly and was incredibly professional and gentle throughout. The treatment itself was easier than I expected, and the aftercare advice was spot on. My skin feels firmer and looks noticeably brighter, healthier and more even-toned overall. I had a microneedling session with Hannah at Flawless Aesthetics 4 weeks ago. I’ve struggled with breakouts in the past, and since the treatment, my skin has really calmed down. Redness went away after a couple of days, and over the weeks my skin has got smoother, pores tightened, and old scars started fading. My skin looks fresher and healthier now. Lisa was incredibly warm and welcoming, she talked me through each step of the Korean Facial and even made a slight adjustment to ensure all the products were vegan.
