Jess was really comforting while I was really nervous. She informed me every step of the way through the procedure, making sure to check in every now and again during it so see my comfort levels. Was very clear about aftercare and booked me back in 2 weeks later for top up or adjustments if needed to make sure I was still happy with the results.

I have returned several times for further microneedling treatments, and the results just keep getting better and better. Each session has noticeably improved my skin’s texture and tone. My complexion looks fresher, smoother, and much more radiant. The redness associated with my rosacea has visibly calmed, and my skin feels firmer and healthier overall. It’s given me a real confidence boost. A huge part of the positive experience is down to the wonderful Eppie. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Had an amazing experience with Jess! She’s so professional and friendly, really made me feel welcome and listened to.
