Excellent. Bryony didn't miss a hair! She even managed to "cure" my knee by providing me with a rolled up towel under my knee which, at least temporarily, enabled me to walk out the salon!

Emma was brilliant, she really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, after having not a great experience at a previous salon. She was interested in what design I wanted and was happy to help achieve this. She helped me make a final decision on the design and gave me some great ideas for next time. I'm really looking forward to what she will do for Christmas nails with the magnetic polish.

Had the facial peel today for a change up, as usual Ellie talked me through the treatment checking all the time that I was comfortable. My skin looks like glass and will definitely try this one again. The salon was quiet and welcoming which added to the whole experience

Wonderful experience with Ellie. I underwent a top up of semi permanent makeup to my eyebrows. Ellie was so kind and professional and the procedure was completed to such a high standard. She understood my concern for not making the brows too dark or heavy which was so reassuring. A small procedure which has returned my confidence. Thank you so much Ellie.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Porsha. She was lovely and very professional, taking the time to ask exactly which areas I wanted her to focus on and what level of pressure I preferred. She checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and the massage itself was incredibly relaxing. I left feeling looser and refreshed. Thank you!
