Today I went for a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie. It was a great experience, very relaxing but you can also feel that she’s working her magic. Walked out feeling lighter and leaner. Would definitely recommend for anyone feeling a little sluggish or bloated!

I had a full body hot stone massage with Katie. Katie has a lovely air about her and just made me feel at ease from the minute I met her. She asked about pressure and didn’t make an issue that I do like a firm massage like other places I’ve been have. She also asked if I wanted scalp massage, I don’t like my scalp touched so it was refreshing to be asked rather than people just do it. The pressure was perfect, she continually checked with me. Can’t believe all the knots she got out of my back and shoulders, I can feel tension has reduced. I will definitely be back!

I have had the last if my three fat freezing treatments on my chin/ neck. I am over the moon with the results & how it looks more toned & my jaw line more sharp. My experience has been great as Angela gave me after care advise & I followed it to a tea . Had barely any swelling, no pain & within days back to normal Would definitely recommend this treatment with Angela shes the best!

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards! I’ve now been going weekly, and I can really feel the difference. I genuinely look forward to each session. Lyndsay is brilliant – she’s very knowledgeable, professional, and such a lovely person. Glamazon was amazing! I had a hot stone massage, facial, and Japanese head spa, and everything was so relaxing. Sadduf was incredibly friendly, gentle, and professional. I’m quite shy and ticklish, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. The treatments were amazing and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Such a calming atmosphere and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🤍

Lyndsey is so knowledgeable! She asked extensive questions to build up a complete picture of my complaint. She then went on to give me an explanation of what was causing my pain before giving me an invigorating massage. Although very firm and made me squirm at times I could feel a difference in my muscles instantly. The next morning my legs and hip joints felt so much looser! Thank you Lyndsey

Amazing massage and good service

Lyndsey was recommended to me through my personal trainer. i initially went for help with my posture and since then been going with specific injuries. As i am training for specific sporting events Lyndsey's treatments and advice on training and lifestle choices have kept me on track with my and allowed me to continue building my fitness and my performance levels are improving. I will continue with sports massages on a regular bais as part of my training regime and cannot recomend Lyndsey highly enough!!!

Lindsay worked absolute magic on my legs, hips, lower and upper back and shoulders. My lower legs are often inflamed and tired because of collapsed arches. The sports massage relieved tension and referred pain through to my hip. She then worked on my back and released my shoulder muscles which had been like bricks. Can’t recommend Lyndsay’s sports massage enough. If your body is in a bad way, she can help it to mend!

Anna talked me through the treatment process. She was calm, gentle and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning for follow up treatment. Thank you ❤️
