Kristina always knows how to help and I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived! Two visits ago I had severe sciatica pain and with some intense work, the next day it was gone! Yesterday, I had a dull headache die to the weather and she performed lymphatic drainage. By the time I left my appointment, my headache was gone. She is truly a master of her craft and I highly recommend her for regular maintenance.

Krisitna is amazing! I received a 60 minute Swedish massage. She listened when I said I would like a quiet appointment and checked in to see if the pressure she was using was to my liking (and it was). Today Kristina combined myofacial release and a massage focusing on my back and shoulders, where I am having some issues. I have been for many massages in my life and I don’t think I have ever experienced the incredible sensation like I did today. The myo massage combo was amazing. Even though the focus was on my upper body, the tingles of pleasure traveled down to my toes and even into my head. She has been working on my fascia four prior sessions over the past months so I’m not sure if that preparation laid the groundwork for the success I had today. Whatever the case, it was delightful.

I highly recommend going to Ouroboro. It is a fantastic location offering Myofascial Release massage. I go regularly and each session is customized to my needs that day. I typically start with a lot of stress and fall asleep during many sessions! Kristina and Michael are the owners and are terrific people and regularly help out the community!
