I've been coming to studio figura for about 6 months now. In that time, have had 3 manual massages and used the body rollers multiple times. Iwona and the team are very knowledgeable and professional, and the studio's always clean and comfortable. Personally I've seen noticible positive effects from treatments over time, and now a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage! Highly recommend

I have a deep tissue massage with Yury on a regular basis as I am now 60 and still an avid gym goer, doing a decent amount of resistance training for my age. I really think that without the help of these massages I wouldn't be able to enjoy the benefits of maintaining a good amount of muscle mass which I know is great for my overall health moving forward. Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. Mittal gives me the full consultation and advice about exactly what I should expect from the treatment and how to look after myself in relation to getting the best results! I had a lymphatic massage today at Zaira Rose, my therapist was Mittal. Amazing person. She made me feel so welcome, yet the service was very professional, friendly and caring. All aspects of the treatment was explained clearly. Mittal also threaded my eyebrows, great job done. I left the salon feeling like a new woman. Will definitely be going back very soon.
