Alix was amazing, I came to her with scar tissue on my hamstring after a previous pulled muscle feeling quite defeated with it feeling not fully recovered. With regular treatments we have managed to get it to a place where I’m regaining the mobility and flexibility again. She is very knowledgeable, very honest, friendly and professional. I’ve had quite a few massages over the years, but this was honestly one of the best. Harrison instantly put me at ease, took the time to understand exactly what was needed, and worked on the right areas with the perfect balance of pressure and care. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely re-energised. Highly recommend to anyone needing a proper sports massage that really makes a difference.

Such a pleasant place and what a view. Alix is amazing, I know it’s no pain no gain but I believe!!!! She just massages and her hubby just cuts grass! That’s it really! Seriously though I believe my back will be as good as it was. 👍🏻

Ali, on the other hand, took the time to hear me out and thoroughly assess my needs. She even identified areas of tightness I didn’t realise were there!
