This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I had my first full body lymphatic drainage massage with Grace today and it was amazing. I’ve never usually been someone who enjoys massages and often find myself tensing up, but Grace made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She has such a calming presence and the most relaxing voice. The massage itself was incredible – so much so that I think I even nodded off! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and lighter. A 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Grace now for 5 months. She knows what I need as soon as I walk in! A good chat or just to switch off and chill. Lymphatic Drainage is therapy for my body! I feel lighter, more energised and I look better which is a bonus! I have seen and felt a visible difference in my body, mood and energy. I have 1 treatment every 4 weeks and up it to 2 if I can afford it. I feel like every penny I spend, is a step closer to feeling more like me again. I’ve invested in myself and my body for once! I had a great back, shoulder, and neck massage this afternoon. I’ve only had a few massages before, so I felt a bit anxious at first, but I was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterwards — I left feeling so much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll be back again!

Best massage I’ve ever had! Having travelled a lot of Thailand and ha a lot of massages, that is saying something! Miss Kaye is magic! My back and shoulders feel looser already, as though the weight has been taken off my shoulders! Welcoming, friendly staff. Lovely setting, comfy couch, lovely touches such as tea and chocolate after the massage. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others! 10 stars if I could!

My foot massage was amazing. It felt so good. The pressure was firm but the therapist checked if that was ok. The whole experience was so relaxing. Lovely staff, they fitted me in early, nice room and they have air con! Would definitely recommend

Yet another enjoyable treatment with Shannon. Lymphatic leg massage today with additional add on of G5. I swear my legs are less dimpled at the top, which is amazing. I can honestly say my legs have changed completely in the time I have been having treatments with Shannon. They have slimmed down, no swelling with legs or feet and don’t get the pain and discomfort. I have had a long term ailment with my knee and that has disappeared and now I can walk up and down a staircase with ease. My treatments with Shannon are truly a blessing.
